Azərbaycanda hərbi qulluqçuların mənzil-məişət təminatı ilə bağlı ayrıca dövlət proqramının və qanunun, eləcə də xüsusi fondun yaradılmasına ehtiyac var.

ANS PRESS-in məlumatına görə, bunu Trend-ə açıqlamasında Milli Məclisin Təhlükəsizlik və müdafə komitəsinin üzvü Zahid Oruc deyib.
